A fieldworker can add and submit information such as site diary data, forms and geo-location timesheets. In addition, fieldworkers can view relevant project calendars and drawing registers.

A supervisor has additional access and can add more information, including viewing and submitting team timesheets and daily log sheets for approval by management. Plus, supervisors can view their list of projects with details, assign staff and view team-wide diary notes.

You can view both real-time and historical views, including reporting across equipment locations, timesheets, forms including OHSE, site instructions, daily log sheets, drawings and site photos.

Anyone using Neo Intelligence's Admin Console, Fieldworker, and Supervisor app can access it offline to add information. Once an internet connection has been restored, the uploaded data will automatically sync online.

Users can allocate forms across specific projects or multiple forms across projects, including Occupational Health and Safety Forms (OHSE).

In addition, any user can record site incidents, and assigned users can narrow down OHSE forms by date to report on incidents over time.
