With the company’s growth, significant administration challenges crept up on the team. It wasn’t long before Operations Manager Domenic Turco was working late into the evenings to stay on top of things. He and his team were facing an “overload” of information, managing schedules and shift communications for around 80 workers daily across an average of 15 projects, processing manual timesheets, and keeping track of paper-based site diaries.
