What's the difference between the Neo Fieldworker and Supervisor Apps?

The Neo Fieldworker App is designed for fieldworkers to use daily - in the app, add information such as site diary entries, review and accept shifts, see project information as well as log and submit timesheets. In the Neo Supervisor App, supervisors have additional access to information, including team timesheets (review and approve) and can submit daily log sheets for approval by management, view a list of projects with details, assigned staff and view team wide diary notes. 

Is the information on Project View real-time and historical?

You can view both real-time and historical views, including reporting across equipment locations, timesheets, forms including OHSE, site instructions, daily log sheets, drawings and site photos.

Can Neo Intelligence be accessed offline?

Across all Neo Intelligence platforms, the Admin Console, Fieldworkers and Supervisors Apps can all be accessed and information can be added offline once an internet connection has been restored the information will automatically be uploaded.

Can I add OHSE Forms and site incidents?

Users can allocate forms across specific projects or multiple forms across projects, including Occupational Health and Safety Forms (OHSE).

In addition, any user can record site incidents, and assigned users can narrow down OHSE forms by date to report on incidents over time.

Do I need to build form, email and SMS templates from scratch?

Users can see previous SMS template already created. As well as build a new templates from the platform. 

How do I install Neo Apps?

The Neo Fieldworker and Supervisor Apps are available for free in the Google Play and Apple App store. Search “Neo Fieldworker” or "Neo Supervisor" to find and download either app. Note to use the apps, your company will need to be a client of Neo. If your company isn't working with Neo, suggest someone in management requests a demo. 

How do I create Neo forms?

Within the form section of the platform you can create new forms to meet your business requirements. Within the Neo Fieldworker and Neo Supervisor Apps users can access and fill forms, including with mandatory fields straight from their device, e.g. OHSE forms.

Can anyone add site drawings and photos?

Supervisors and fieldworkers can add site drawings, annotations, and images, including markups, via the app for easy communication to the back office's admin console.

Then, back-office managers can efficiently collate, view and export all site photos and annotations to date.
